  • Dare to Lead: Governance for Pasifika Creatives

    Join our two-part workshop series led by Caren Rangi (ONZM), designed for Pacific creatives to strengthen their understanding of leadership and decision-making at the organisational level.

    Rooted in Pacific collectivist values, the sessions will also explore how creative thinking can shape more dynamic and effective governance practices.

    Session One - Friday 11 July - 9am to 12pm

  • The Art of Conflict & Cultural Safety

    Led by Dr Andrea Edwards, this workshop is the first in our two-part series TheArt of Conflict& Cultural Safety designed specifically for creatives working in collaborative environments.

    Participants will develop useful strategies for managing tension and addressing conflict constructively. The session covers key communication techniques, negotiation methods, and conflict management tools that can be applied immediately within creative teams or organisations.
