The Art of Conflict & Cultural Safety
Conflict is a natural part of creative collaboration, yet many of us have never been taught how to navigate it constructively. The Art of Conflict & Cultural Safety is a two-part workshop series designed to support Pasifika creatives in building confidence, communication skills, and stronger working relationships.
Led by Dr Andrea Edwards, a long-time Tautai facilitator and Head of Standards at Eco Choice Aotearoa, participants will explore practical approaches to communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and cultural safety. Through discussion, reflection, and hands-on learning, this workshop will provide tools that can be applied across creative projects, organisations, and community settings.
Whether you're working as an artist, collaborator, producer, or creative leader, this series offers an opportunity to strengthen the interpersonal skills that help creative teams thrive.
