Fresh Horizons

Pōneke - 2026

Fresh Horizons returned to Pōneke in 2026, in partnership with Massey University College of Creative Arts / Toi Rauwhārangi.

Over three days, senior Pacific art students from across Pōneke came together for hands-on workshops led by multidisciplinary artist Katrina Iosia Sipeli and Niuean cultural heritage artist and published author Joy Sipeli-Antipas.

Designed to support emerging Pacific creatives, Fresh Horizons offers students the opportunity to work alongside established contemporary artists, gain new skills, strengthen their creative practice, and build meaningful connections with their peers and wider creative communities.
